We can help you plan an alternative travel solution e.g. rebook your ticket for another journey. You also have the right to cancel your journey and receive your money back. We apologize for any inconvenience.
If you want to rebook your journey, please contact our customer service for assistance.
If the price for your new trip is higher, the difference is payable by Hansa Destinations. If the price of the new trip is lower, a refund will be sent to the journey's contact person.
If you don’t want to rebook your journey, you will be fully refunded for the ticket price. This applies for all ticket types (Mini, Flexi or FlexiPlus). Please contact our customer service for assistance. The refund will be sent to the journey's contact person.
